In presenting your analysis, you must draw upon several named psychological theories and make extensive use of good research articles that examine the effects of organisational change on employees. Part 2 – (1,500 words).
Discuss how various participatory approaches can be used as part of the management of change. In your answer examine the advantages and disadvantages of these approaches. Illustrate your analysis using references to examples of good quality research into the design/re-design of work equipment, work environments, work tasks and work processes.
