The purpose of this report is to explore the internal and external pressures that a country may experience and how these factors can affect food customs and culture. For this assignment you will find articles pertaining to food culture and some sort of change that is occurring today.

You will then write a paper that summarizes the articles and discusses the internal and external pressures that may affect the consumption of traditional foods, ingredients, or customs. Articles can be found in journals, good quality magazines, and newspapers. Avoid the use of websites such as personal blogs or Wikipedia as your primary source. You may need to dig deeper into the topic and seek out other sources of information to answer all rubric points.
