Research a training and development trend and write a report that analyzes how the trend is being used by organizations.

When writing your report, you are required to use secondary resources and encouraged to use primary resources. Secondary resources include accessing the McMaster Library resources (e.g. books, eBooks, scholarly journal articles, etc.) and consulting online resources (e.g. blogs, websites, trade publications, popular articles, magazines, newspaper articles, etc.). Primary resources include speaking to someone from an organization to learn how they manage and deliver the trend you selected.
