For the final exam, you will be using the MIA, Philippines case in your Harvard Course Pack.

You have been hired by MIA as a project consultant to assess the outcome of the San Hagon project. After studying the case, read the supplemental note as well. Apply your skills learned throughout our course and prepare a no less 5 and no more than 7-page report (excluding title page, table of contents, references and any appropriate appendixes) to address the factors and respective questions provided below. You should use the headings provided in the outline as headings in your report to ensure that you have considered all of the required elements. The final report should follow these formatting guidelines: MS Word file, double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and citations in APA 6th edition.

Case Supplemental Note

“The team arrived at the fishing village to find it deserted except for the women and young children. The SHFC was closed and the men were nowhere in sight. The fishing boats had been pulled inland and placed in storage.

Fearing the worst, MIA investigated the situation and after much prompting an elderly woman told them that the men were at the large Barangay San Isidro village for the day.

Arriving at the village, they located the fishermen on the SHFC at a bodega (type of pub or bar). The fishermen were both surprised and happy to see MIA personnel and insisted to drink together. When asked why they were not delivering fish anyone to HUI malls, the fishermen told McKenzie that they had made enough money to last them for the next couple of months and had decided not to fish anymore until the money ran out. The fishermen would only go back to fishing and delivering products to HUI malls when they needed money again.”*
