Your analysis is the most critical part.
Report on at least the following:
1. what happened
2. why it happened, citing lack of “professionalism” or “conscientiousness” if applicable
3. possible corrective actions–how to reduce or remove the possibility of failure or harm
4. who was at fault and why
5. an assessment of whether this situation was handled correctly or incorrectly
6. an analysis of the situation using a line drawing (at least four-criteria line items) to come up with the optimal “right” decision – provide a rationale for each criteria used and the placing of the “X.” The paper much include an actual line drawing analysis. 7. discussion of at least four “Tests or Application Procedures for Using the Two Models” (Chapter 2-Box 2.8 on page 29 Davis’ Eight Moral Tests) and what was the right outcome based on these four moral framework tests. Analysis of the case is extremely important. Linking concepts from the textbook to this case is essential! A report of the case alone with no analysis will not be sufficient.
