This will be an in-depth task to undertake. As this task is based on building a better ERP, some of the data that should be collected is SLA (from the time that a customer places its order to the actual fulfillment; eCommerce and retail), product manufacturing lead times from plants in China, ocean freight/container lead times from China, and raw material lead times from rubber plants in Vietnam. The current ERP that we use is JD Edwards/Oracle. This is a Case Study Document
The goal is to be able to forecast demand in a COVID/Pandemic environment in order to maintain an adequate amount of days of inventory on-hand. This is also referenced as safety stock. There is typically a formula that we use to calculate the number of days of inventory that the enterprise currently has on hand. One of the final goals of this task is to determine the correct amount of days of inventory that this enterprise should maintain to prevent shortages of inventory in a COVID/Pandemic environment. The body of the document will include and be formatted as below:

The Case Study Project must include some quantitative analysis for triangulation.
