You will develop a presentation that outlines the critical leadership competencies that this company must consider as it moves to other cultures.
Specifically identify and explain the cultural issues and problems a leader will face in a different culture and what differences and similarities exist between the selected cultures/countries and their own.
Make sure you describe how the identified leadership competencies will address the cultural issues and problems.
