You have just been hired as the compliance officer at a hospital. After surveying the staff, the biggest complaint was the lack of visibility and access to previous the compliance officer. Few people knew how to contact the compliance officer or how to file a complaint. Using this week’s reading, describe how you would go about correcting this deficiency.
