Late papers will be accepted with a daily reduction of 15 points. Assignments will be graded as Pass, Deficient, or Fail, based on the following grading
scheme.

scores revealed, and all the conditions listed above are duly met. Full points (100).

personal examples and any violation of the above requirements. Half points (50).

requirements (length, margins, type, format. No points (0).
Requirements:
You must include your score/results, the description of the scores, and/or individual test items in your reflections in your discussion. Do you agree with your scores?
Why or why not?
You MUST include a section on how you can use this self-assessment to analyze your own counterproductive work behavior probabilities based on your assessment.
For example, the article discusses the personality traits that have been cited in the
literature as individuals most likely to behave counterproductively or the opposite,
less likely to behave in a counterproductive manner.http://www.outofservice.com/bigfive/
2
Based on the recommendations (in article and in textbook), what plan would you implement if after a personality test, employee(s) showed that they may have a
tendency to behave in this manner.
This is a practice, of course. Your results are based on one assessment and may not reflect your true identity. The activity does serve to help you learn more about how
personalities reflect individual organizational behaviors and how to modify
individual behaviors so that counterproductive work behaviors do not affect your
organization.
