The organization that will be the topic of discussion in my final project paper is Kraft Food’s. When people today hear the word Kraft, we think of mac&cheese and dairy products we use on a regular basis. Looking into this company, we?d be surprised as to how productive it’s been throughout the years. The company sells product not only base on it being food but also product that are healthy and enjoyable for consumers. Since Kraft has been around for years, its company that has shown much productivity in its line of work. However, Kraft food has not being able to retained to talent employees because its benefit package. For example, tuition reimbursement is only $10,000 per year when a top 10 MBA program is at $150K that Kraft needs to revisit it. Kraft has also outsourcing a lot of the jobs to save some money and also has hired many contractors which lead to disengaged workforce.
The paper will focus on employees motivation, how to find out a better way to engage with contractors employees and full time employees, and a way to retained talented old employees and new employees because Kraft foods recently has announce that the company will be splitting up into two companies which creates more employment dissatisfaction. Plus, tie up all of the issues mention above to create Kraft foods that it?s admired by the employees and the consumers.
