Bain & Company invented the Net Promoter System, and this system continues to be the leader in how companies earn customer loyalty and inspire employees. What is the Net Promoter Score? How is it calculated? What do promoter, passive, and detracting customer mean? Identify an industry, and compare three competitors in that industry by their NPS score. What does this tell you?
Submission
Your initial post should be a minimum of 250 words with 2 reputable sources cited and referenced, while your peer responses should be at least 100 words. After you have posted your initial post, read and respond to two or more of your classmates’ posts. Ensure the high quality and contributions of your responses. They need to be substantive and value-added in addition to any questions you may pose. Examples of value-added contributions could include pointing to best practices or sharing additional, relevant ideas from the assigned readings or articles, links, etc. Be sure to make substantive and constructive comments (just posting “nice post” doesn’t count). For example, add something from your own experience, something you’ve read or seen. If the situation calls for it, feel free to state an opinion, but be sure to state any points with which you agree and/or those with which you disagree, as well as your reasons for agreeing or disagreeing. Your classmates can learn from your responses as you can also learn from their responses to your posts. Note: You will not see your classmates’ posts until you post to the discussion.
