In the chapters for this week, the selected authors discuss organizational culture, values, and ethics. Ethical challenges in leadership never fully recede, with new challenges arising in every decade. A leader’s values are expressed through their ethical behavior and the type of culture they foster in an organization. The culture of an organization guides organizational members’ behaviors, including ethics. What potential do you see for these three concepts to transform organizations in the future? Is this any different from the past, or do these concepts have a unique role to play in the future of organizational leadership? Include at least one contemporary example of an ethical challenge as support for your argument (cite a reputable media source).
