Criminal justice agencies and practitioners can be held criminally and civilly liable for their actions. It is important to know the difference as well as how each relates to criminal justice agencies and practitioners.

- Applies the identified principles of criminal law to the civil liabilities of criminal justice agencies and practitioners, using the examples identified earlier
- Includes a real world scenario of your creation that further demonstrates the application of the principles of criminal law to the civil liabilities of criminal justice practitioners.
- Includes a t least five credible sources
