For this assignment, you will work with a team to research and develop a presentation for a Project Management Institute conference on the best practices in project integration management. Imagine that you are presenting to an audience of PMI members that are new to the project management field, and are looking for sound advice from seasoned project management professionals.
First, conduct research to find and explain the 5 best practices in project integration, utilizing scholarly and/or professional resources to justify the effectiveness of the selected best practices.
Second, incorporate your own experiences to give examples of why these best practices should be followed (ie. an issue that arose on a project; how this best practice played out on a project, etc.). Be sure your tone in the presentation is conversational and engaging. Every team member should participate in the presentation.
