Here is the focus of this assignment.
Create a FORM or Template to capture “retention rate” of volunteers.
You are trying to capture how long volunteers are retained in your organization. In other words, what is your retention rate? If you had to create a form to capture this…what would it look like?
List the process and questions you would ask to determine retention rates of volunteers. Then put this into a form/template that you could use to manually track volunteer retention. Supportive material or other research on this topic is always helpful to your efforts.
