ARGUMENTATIVE RESEARCH PAPER GUIDELINES
1. The sources include, books, magazines, scholarly journals, newspaper articles, internet, and encyclopedia.
2. Remember that you will need to refute your argument by specifically addressing your opponents most obvious objections to your case. Directly addressing these objections in your argument will help to convince your readers that your arguments are sound.
3. Make an outline that presents your argument in the most persuasive manner. Make your outline as detailed as possible. Write out each topic sentence and include a rough introduction and conclusion.
4. Make sure your argument remains focused by making sure that each topic illustrates your thesis.
NOTE: Each topic are as followed: inmoral act, encourages promiscuity among teens, and health risks. Do not use “I” throughout the paper. Main Topic: Abortion. My stand: againstabortion.
