Background on Problem
In this assignment we will examine the process of a patient visiting the doctor’s office, start to finish. The process involves a new geriatric patient with diabetes visiting his/her primary care provider for an evaluation. The entire process has already been mapped out for you (see slide #4).
Instructions
You are to identify the attributes for the six text boxes with questions listed starting with A Q(uestion) and ending with F Q(uestion).
To aid you in this assignment, I have already listed a few attributes in most of the text boxes. Use your past experiences of visits to the doctor’s office and decide on the appropriate attributes for the relevant steps. Please enter the attribute name and corresponding value. For example, in the first box A, Q: What does the Front Office want to know?, I have listed the “Patient Name” as the attribute and “John Doe” as the corresponding value.
You will list a minimum of four (4) attributes and corresponding values for each of the six boxes on slides 5 through 10.
This assignment is worth 8 points. The points values for each box is: A (1), B(1), C(2), D(1), E(1), F(2)
