- What are some of the reasons police officers choose not to file a police report? What are the consequences of unfounding a crime? Give examples of legitimate and illegitimate reasons for un-founding a crime.
- Explain the four impetuses for developing Community Oriented and Problem Oriented Policing strategies. Describe how each demonstrated the need for change in policing.
- Explain the SARA problem solving process. Be sure to address each stage and provide examples.
