| Students are to complete a 2000 work report individually. Task: Explain what a Master Plan is and why it is necessary for an airports planning and development. For airport of your choice outline the key details of its Master Plan and the underpinning SWOT?PESTLE factors that you feel led to the inclusion of these concepts. This choice of airport should be different to that used in Assignment 1. . You should then explain Who your Airport stakeholders are and what power and influence they have on the content of the Master Plan. Within this report you should also include a discussion on the environmental factors both now and in the future that have a significant bearing on the Master Plan. What are the critical success factors for developing Airport Master Plands? You will be expected to include statistics in your work and analysis of such statistics. It is also expected that you will include diagrams. A more detailed overview will be given in the assignment overview workshops throughout the term. | |
