- Community College funding and finance
2. Applying the content from Higher Education Leadership course, identify one leadership style that is most effective for addressing the issues discussed in Question 1 and discuss all of the following
- Clearly defined the selected leadership style
- Justify its application in the Community College context, and
- Discuss its advantages and limitations in the context of the examined issue.

A reference page, reflecting all sources cited, should be included. The essay response should be written in 12 point font with 1-inch wide margins. No cover page is necessary.
