Assessment Brief
Assessment 2 is an individual 15 minute presentation. The presentation is on the following topic:
A critical analysis of the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards under the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards 1958 (“the New York Convention”).
The presentation should be a power point presentation. The presentation should last no longer than 15 minutes. A full bibliography should be set out on the final slide(s) of the presentation.
The presentation will take place over zoom. The exact time and date will be confirmed in due course.

Through this exercise students will need to demonstrate the following learning and skills:
