Please read this short article, Barrett Says She Does Not Consider Roe V. Wade ‘Super-Precedent’
Amy Coney Barrett is the newest Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, following the death of Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg.
Much of the discussion during Justice Barrett’s recent confirmation hearings involved her position on Roe v Wade, the 1973 decision of the U.S. Supreme Court that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman’s liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction.

Whatever your position, please give specific examples and references to support your points.
