1-1 Discussion: Supreme Court Impact on Treatment
Choose one of the following two Supreme Court cases that dealt with treatment concerns:
- Rennie v. Klein
- Washington v. Harper
In your initial post, discuss how the ruling in the case you have selected is still impacting the current system and the forensic psychologists who work in the system and evaluate clients. In addition, discuss how the case impacts the psychological well-being of offenders and/or trauma-related victims within the legal system.
