In regards to the Individual Reflection Paper, pages 19 and 20 of the syllabus discuss this assignment in detail. Basically you’ll select two initiatives from the Millennium Goals that you would use to combat poverty, hunger, disease, illiteracy, environmental degradation and discrimination against women and you’ll elaborate on why you chose those initiatives and how they can help with those issues.
