It is imperative in understanding leadership, to know who you are as a leader; this will enable you to lead followers, but also to aide other leaders in their journeys. Develop a Leadership Plan for you as a leader.
This plan should include a discussion of your leadership in the context of the five leadership behaviors (Kouzes & Posner), the results and analysis of your Spiritual Gifts survey (Dellavecchio), a self-assessment of who you are as a Christian leader (Engstrom), and a self-assessment of your leadership in light of Biblical principles. Provide a plan to address both your observed strengths and weaknesses, and finally the steps for you as a leader to move forward. This project should be between 25-40 pages and written in a scholarly format (writing style and research).
*Note that this project is a scholarly paper.
