For this case analysis, address the following in a paper:
- Determine the fundamental conflict between Environmental Defense and Duke Energy.
- Explain how effective, as a strategy, the legal partnership is between the federal government and Environmental Defense.
- Determine if there is significant evidence that Duke Energy violated the Clean Air Act.
- Evaluate the ethics of this case and suggest potential alternatives, which might be used outside the court system to resolve this dispute.
- Examine the influence this case could have on both a national and global level.
- Include current research that identifies impacts of the case to date.
Support your paper with a minimum of five resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
