Films of Note: Write a few sentences about at least 2 films discussed in this week’s reading(s) and/or lecture(s). Explain why both films are given special attention in relation to the week’s topics.
Questions: Write at least two questions drawn from the week’s materials (screenings, readings, lectures). NOTE: Questions are designed to encourage critical thinking and will not necessarily be answered. You’re encouraged to reach out for answers.
Doodle/Illustration: Create an illustration about one or more of the following: topics covered in the reading/lecture, ways that the film links to the content, and/or discussion posts that inspired you (written by other students). You do not need to be an artist for this assignment; casual doodles are perfectly fine. The point is to visually reflect on aspects of the unit’s content. Note: Doodles may be made available for all students to view.
