Assume that you have been hired as a new manager to oversee a training department for an organization, which could be your workplace, a company with which you are familiar, or a company that you select from those listed on the Internet. The organization should be one for which you have (or can obtain) enough information to complete the assignments for this course. You will develop a training proposal in stages, which are described in Assignments 1–4. Each stage is a building block that will become part of your final project. You will be required to use a technology tool in the development process. Your professor will review each stage and offer feedback. Therefore, you will have an opportunity to revise some of the assignments. Your goal is to move from a traditional training approach to a performance-based training approach. This is an authentic project and one that can be a significant component of your professional portfolio.
Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA.
Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page, revision, presentation, and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.

Using the training outline from your scenario, you will create one (1) training module for this assignment. This project demonstrates your ability to incorporate different training methodologies as well as the technologies.
