Carry out a research into the theories and models of reflection and evaluation. Using your research, write a report in which;
(A) Analyse the following theories and models of reflection and evaluation: Schon, Greenaway, Gibbs, Johns, David Kolb, Jennifer Moon.
(B) Using two reflection theories (Donald Schon’s ‘reflection in action and on action’ theory and Greenway’s ‘plan-do-review’ theory). Write a reflective account to review your own practice
as a teacher to adult students and the strategies you could use to reflect on the practice of your role as a teacher to adult learners.
