Unlike several other Canadian provinces, Prince Edward Island (PEI) does not have health information privacy legislation. Write a letter to the Minister of Health for Prince Edward Island asking that he introduce such legislation, making a compelling case that it is important for residents of that province.
OR
Alternatively, write a letter from the Minister to a citizen explaining why the province (PEI) does not need such an act.
