This paper is first phase part of a team project for a Global Business class in my MBA program.
We will be introducing a new product/service in another county.
For the beginning of this assignment, we have to chose 3 countries and 3 products/services and will then eventually narrow it down to 1 product/service in 1 country.
We have chosen 3 countries: Mexico, Sweden, & China.
In Mexico, we plan to start up a transportation co. like uber.
In Sweden, we plan to start a real estate app similar to Zillow or realor.com.
In China, we are looking at some technology, such as Cyber security, artificial intelligence or anything, we will let you pick one for this country. Please chose any Technology product you may think of to start a business in China, it doesn’t really matter what it is as it will be eliminated later.
Eventually, China and Sweden will be eliminated, and we will end up with going with Mexico and a transportation service.
So for this 2 page paper, I just need list the pro’s and con’s for each 3 countries/products. I would use more cons for China and Sweden as they will be eliminated later and use more pro’s for Mexico. Also need to list absolute and comparative advantages, market potential, risks, etc for each 3 countries. Please use references to back up your findings.
Since this is the beginning of project, no introduction or conclusion is needed as that will be added later when the rest of the paper is completed.
