What societal forces, including but not limited to employment, income, geographic location, and additional cultural factors impact care for the population of interest in your plan? Is this impact positive or negative? How will you neutralize the negative and utilize the positive? What cultural concerns or issues will you face in the planning and implementation of your plan? Remember that culture may be based on many factors, so do not assume that your population has no cultural considerations even if they appear to be inclusive and have members from many cultures. Cultures may be based on age and gender as as race and ethnicity. For instance, in working with children, the young child is at a different developmental stage than a teen and will have to be approached accordingly. The culture of the eight year is very different from the eighteen year old.
