The inclusion of fee waivers to help needy students is a policy that I have always respected and appreciated, especially given that I understand the challenges through which students go . I have reviewed the guidelines in Form I-912 provided by the Department of Homeland Security and believe that I am eligible for a fee waiver (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services n.p.). In turn, a fee waiver will come in handy in helping me to ensure that I proceed with my studies and achieve my goals in life despite the financial challenges I currently face. Therefore, given my medical condition, as well as my financial and housing problems , I am the most appropriate candidate to be given a waiver.
I am an unemployed student w ho currently does not have any income generating activity. Hence, I solely depend on my uncle to provide for all my needs including my school fees. While he always tries his best to satisfy my demands , it has been a considerable challenge for him given that the uncle also has a family that depends on him. Besides, I live with him to avoid additional housing costs, which would make the financial situation worse sti ll. I have also been really sick for more than a month and this has made my hospital bills higher, and now, I cannot cover them under no circumstances. . Although my uncle has helped me search for a job to reduce his current burden, our efforts have been unfruitful. Therefore, I need the fee waiver to release my uncle from the financial burden including covering my bills for education, health-care, and my daily needs.
I am deeply convinced that a fee waiver will help me get a considerable amount of money, which I will use as savings to help cover my expenses on health-care, hous ing, and education. It will provide me with more time for searching for a job. The waiver will also come in handy in reducing the financial burden of my uncle. I have attached copies of my medical bills and other documents that indicate my health condition and other crucial information. I hope that you will consider my case.
