During the practicum time associated with this course, perform an in-depth assessment of the organization. For the paper, a) provide a description of yourorganizational assessment, b) evaluate what is working and what is not working in the organization’s approach to the issue you researched forAssignment 1, and c) provide recommendations for improvements.

Conduct an organizational assessment using the Bruner Foundation Evaluative Thinking Assessment Tool.xls
. Only the sections of the assessment tool listed below are to be completed. Provide a summary of the information you found using the assessment tool. Youwill not have space to provide details about each of the 8 sections, so please include the Assessment Tool in the Appendix.

Conduct a gap analysis and evaluate the organizational approach to the issue you identified in Assignment 1. Is there a gap between what youdiscovered as best practice in Assignment 1 and what is currently occurring at the organization? What are the organizational strengths andweaknesses related to the issue?

Provide suggestions for the organization based on best practices, and what is feasible for the organization given the assessment you conducted.
NB: While this paper will not be presented to the organization, it should be written in such a manner that it could be presented to the organization. Extremecare must be taken to avoid disclosure of the name of the organization or any of its employees or any confidential information in this paper.
Please use headings to reflect areas for which points will be awarded, except for the last criteria – paper length, APA, spelling and grammar.
