Overview
Conduct an interview with the quality assurance person you chose and report your findings. Synthesize your literature review with your interview findings. Address the following in a 4-5 page APA formatted paper:
- Summarize your interview findings. Include the name of the person and their contact information.
- Synthesize your interview findings with your findings from the research literature. What are the similarities and differences between your interview findings and the literature regarding the quality issue/challenge you are trying to improve?
- Evaluate your interview findings and what the research literature says about them. What did you learn from conducting the interview and reviewing the literature, particularly as it relates to emerging quality concepts and theories?
