2. Policy: Choose a local, state, or national health policy and describe how it positively and/or negatively effects the quality of health care in the United States. You do not need to do this. You answered a similar question in the discussions of this course.

3. Quality: Analyze the quality of health care in the United States. Does the United States provide quality health care? If so, in what ways? If not, in what ways?

4. Measurement: Reflect and describe how health care quality is measured. What kind of tools/measurements are used to measure quality? Include in your analysis indicators of the quality of nursing care (nurse sensitive indicators) in the United States.

5. Summary: Summarize your paper. How does taking this course and writing this paper help you to understand the functioning of the healthcare in the United States?
