I need a 200-300 word essay on why I am pursuing an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Leadership. This is the beginning of my application into the school. There is no specific details or requirements on how the essay should be written.
my undergrad degree is in healthcare management but i am not a clinical professional so it has been a struggle for me to progress in this field without a masters in business administration.
My ideas of the paper for each paragraph is as follows:
1. career goals in human resource specifically speaking in healthcare. i am most interested in ethics and compliance, employee relations , or benefits and compensation. to later become a director or executive in human resource department
2. why an MBA and what I plan to do with it (personal development such as knowledge, communication skills, networking, leadership development, executive coaching, organization behavior)
3. why the school was chosen (affordability, flexibility, accreditation)
