Research papers should include the followings:

- analysis minimum 5 cases of eminent domain, present the pros & cons (20 points with proper citations)
- discuss the research findings, analysis, and eminent domain as it relates to our economy (20 points with proper citations)
- conclusions: two conclusions; (a) personal conclusion about eminent domain and the ways in which it’s been apply today, and general conclusion based in part on your analysis of the five (5) cases or more eminent domain (20 points with proper citations)
- work cited page (10 points with all the documented sources)total points 100%
