Nike should have done it better. The families of children might need additional income just to survive like humans in that area. It will be acceptable to use children in the factory as long as Nike satisfies various conditions. For example, Nike must respect legal conditions to use children (Nike must follow the rule). Nike should have strict safety standards of materials and operations especially for child workers. Nike must not abuse children by letting them working very long. Nike must support basic education of the children. Nike must maintain reasonable wage standards for the child workers. Nike must support to improve their living standards such as foods, education, housing, insurance, medical treatment, etc. Nike must monitor families of the children so that the children will not be forced to work by their families.
