You are working with one of the Digital Coaches and the Assistant Business Manager with a team of nurses.
Group training has already been provided but some team members are still making frequent errors in completing and understanding the use of systm1.
- Belal is certain that he is completing all his records completely, but we are still seeing mistakes in the reports.
- Zoe it is certain that she is “Bad at IT” and is fearful around the use of systm1.
- Pavina does not think that she should be asked to do so much systm1 recordkeeping because she “didn’t become a nurse to be an IT consultant”.
Assume that you can draw on the help of other Digital Coaches and the Assistant Business Manager, and that you can ask the advice of other departments. Present a detailed plan of what training or support you have put in place.
