My Itroduction:
? I would like to take away from this class the skills to help me in my future career, (whatever that may be). I am just having a hard time deciding what I want to be when I grow up, but until then, this will become handy leading my team to another successful year in the VA Education Department, and maybe also with group discussions.
? I am working towards my Bachelors of Arts degree, in Organization Management.
? I would like to be a coach in the VA Education department, I know it will be a tough job, and the shoes to be filled are enormous, but the self-gratification I will get from this job will be even bigger. Coaches are responsible for 30-50 people at one time. They assure that they perform evaluations monthly, quarterly, and yearly, and maintain each team members training records. Just to mention a few of course.
