Please follow the following guidelines conduct your project/case study in the operations management course:
- Choose one of the manufacturing or services companies in Qatar
- Apply one of the operations management concept mentioned below in the table as a main topic of your project
- Your project report must include the following:
- General Background About the Company (Vision, Mission, Products, Services, Location, …etc)
- Follow the content of the selected topic as written in the table below to cover the project work you are working on.
- Your report must include at least 10 pages and not more than 20 pages.
- The project work must be in groups. (3 students per group)
- Presentation: After submitting your report, each group must present the project in class. The PowerPoint presentation must be at least 12 slides. The presentation time for the whole group will be 15 minutes only.
