They need to focus on sustainable strategies to balance the immediate needs of their customers, employees and communities, with a return to long-term competitiveness”. (Accenture, 2020)
Write a case study of 2,400 words discussing the above statement.
Answer must include the following elements:
The effects of COVID-19 on some aspect of company strategy in Almarai in Saudi Arabia and whether they are including sustainability and resilience as core elements of their post COVID-19 strategy.
The case study should draw on specific ideas from at least TWO of the following readings in Huff et al, Strategic Management (Logic and Action). The chapters chosen should be clearly identified in the case study.
