Create the XVI Campus Gospel Rajadell Work Breakdown Structure and schedule.
The first Campus Gospel Rajadell was held in 2005 and it has been a success year after year. Once more the “Esclat Gospel Singers” have decided to held a new edition with the support of Rajadell Town Hall.
After severals meetings within Esclat Gospel Singers and the city mayor a Project Charter was released on March 2th.
Based on this document and the main stakeholders requirements the Work Breakdown Structure and the project schedule have to be prepared.

Your rol is the project manager of the Campus Rajadell Campus, based on this you may change the current project manager, Alex, requirements. You are a member of the association, Esclat Gospel Singers, and a Gospel Singer. Your main purpose is to improve the project management.

The case study outcomes are the project Work Breakdown Structure and the project schedule. The main focus should be at the project management deliveries.
Documents to be delivered:
- Introduction: a description of the development of the case study. Identifying all the issues and main decisions taken.
- Develop the project Work Breakdown Structure based on main deliveries.
- Develop the Work Breakdown Strucuture dictionary with these minimum information for each work package:
- WBS code
- Description
- Deliveries
- Responsible
- Related milestone
- Develop the project Schedule based on activities. The schedule format should be either MSProject or any compatible format.
The schedule should have the following information:
- Phases, activities and milestone
- Dependency between activities
- Activities duration
- Asisgned resources
Requirements: a minimum of 50 activites and no resources should be over assigned.
Costs don’t have to be considered.

| DESCRIPTION | Director of Esclat Gospel Singers. He has served as artistic director in all editions of the Campus. Part of the follow up committee. He is a professional musician and has refocused his career in gospel music, directing several choirs. |
| REQUIREMENTS | Total responsibility for artistic direction. Total freedom in hiring artists and teachers of the workshops. Hiring a renowned coral. |
