Activity:
The media and communication industry face new challenges from the rapid proliferation of mobile devices. These organizations need to find better ways to reach out users carrying their “second screens”.
This activity is linked to the implementation of an IBM solution by Globo TV, during the FIFA world-cup in 2014. It involves topics such as social media analytics and sentiment analysis.
