The researcher, since he is the Head of Infrastructure, Network & Security in Power Distribution Field, and responsible to provide many technologies and systems related to Power Distribution like integrated metering, AMR, AMI, billing, collection, complaint handling, communications, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and automation and control. Similarly he is responsible to improve technologies like supervisory control with data acquisition, outage management and automated meter reading. With these huge responsibilities, he initiated to come up with a study that analyzes the development of best practices in Technology Implementation Index.
