Differential diagnosis: Following the same instructions for accessing the electronic version of the DSM-5 and the Handbook of Differential Diagnosis, you can also access the DSM-5 Clinical Cases (also listed in the online DSM Library; please review case study 10.4 in chapter 10, without initially looking at the diagnosis. After only reading the history and clinical presentation, please share your thoughts on what diagnosis you would come up with and why? Then review the diagnosis and the discussion of the diagnosis and share how you did with regard to your own diagnostic work up. For example, is this the diagnosis you would have considered? Any other diagnoses that you would have included in the differential?
