In this writing assignment, you will write a paper from the perspective of your current role as a staff nurse or manager. The paper must follow APA guidelines for format to include running head, title page, abstract, paper with citations, and references.

Perform the following tasks:
- Read about and discuss three management styles.
Using the information from the lesson on management styles, address the following questions:
- Describe yourself (be sure to include your current area of employment, job title, and years of experience).
- Explain a time you had to take charge on your clinical unit (be specific).
- Describe the management style you used and the type of power you had. Discuss whether your management style was effective and what you would have done differently.
- Would you use a different management style in the future in the same situation?
- Which management style would you choose going forward and why?
- Select two additional management styles and describe how the outcome would be different if you had used them in the situation you have described and why.
- Save and submit your assignment.
When you have completed the assignment, save a copy for yourself in an easily accessible place and submit a copy to your instructor using the dropbox.
