· plan a change engagement process.
· design and create a 6-8 minutes video presentation (face & voice) over the PowerPoint slides (5-6 slides excluding the reference page) that communicates a planned change process recommended from your findings in the case analysed in assessment 2 to the executive decision makers.
· respond to the feedback provided by the marker of assessment 2
while I see your effort, unfortunately, your application was superficial and lack a strong connection between the theories/models introduced in this paper and examples from the case study. You have understood the case and identified the aspects but failed to apply evidence-based research literature from this paper to support your analyses. Forward looking, for assessment 3 you need to have an in-depth understanding of the theories/models, then apply them by giving specific examples from the case to provide a strong analysis. For example, you could analyse Dr Daga’s conflict handling style using the dual concerns model from week 8. What was the conflict handling mode/strategy used by Dr Daga and what is the appropriate conflict handling mode/strategy for the case? Another example would be the leadership style of Dr Daga. According to research, which leadership style would be more appropriate to manage this change. Please refer to the lecture slides of Weeks 5-8 and include some relevant theories for your assessment 3.
