Action Research on Corporate Training

Corporate training is an area that greatly influences the output obtained in educational institutions (Bhide, 2016). In the United States, educators have a high responsibility of ensuring quality learning and exemplary performance for all students. Therefore, administrators and teachers should point out the strategies and techniques that prove to be effective in improving student learning. Mostly, student needs are dynamic and every child ultimately has to perform (Ross-Fisher, 2008). Due to the many requirements on educators, several questions surface and need to be adequately addressed. The main question that stands out is, ‘how can corporate training be done on educators to improve effectiveness in delivery of services in institutions?’

First, corporate training is a strategy in itself since it is what most teachers use to find solutions based on research done on the contemporary needs of students. A report by OECD after careful scrutiny of the teacher training policies identified that the most important aspects in any education set up are teacher quality and student achievement (Karpati, 2009). There are three ways that show great outcomes if well implemented in institutions. First, learning management system interfaces builds up a connection between learners and teachers. Recruitment of educators should be on the merit of how well an individual understands the needs of the children and how well they think they can aid the institution in solving the children’s needs (Ross-Fisher, 2008). Ideally, it is crucial to have educators who are highly trained based on various learners needs. Secondly, repeated assessment of records creates an easy way through which an educator can gauge how well their students improve. In fact, training on how well to adhere to records could enable an educator to change their teaching tactics (Bhide, 2016). Thirdly, social collaboration of students and educators enables an educator to identify student needs. Training should focus on ways through which educators, learners, an other stakeholders may join hands in creating a great pool of achievement in institutions.
